MAC Costmetics Presents Spring Collection 2011 “Wonder Woman”

Wonder Woman is the sexy amazon created by DC comics. She is, who I would like to consider as the first media commercial feminist role. Since her creation in the 1940s she has always been a huge icon and to be honest “Hero” amongst many. During her first creation (originally created during WW2) she was shown as strong as superman taking on the opposing forces and super villains that tainted the world. Eventually added on to her armament was the “lasso of truth”. The world of DC comics has become so widely known since its creation with its own universe of super heroes and villains. But the best out of the batch was easily Wonder Woman. Its great to see the lovely lady make an appearance with MAC Cosmetics and thus born the feminine force Spring 2011 Wonder Woman Collection.

This collection was absolutely stunning. To me personally one of the best collection lines that MAC Cosmetics has released. With unbelievably beautiful DC illustrated boxes that every Wonder Woman collector could want, to the jumbo size everything, literally. And to top it off, collectible mirrors, t-shirt, boxes, cosmetic utility belts with brush sets, even a beautiful tote bag that is pure illustration.

The products themselves like mentioned are jumbo size and are at a great price. I originally wasn’t going to purchase the Mineralize Skinfinish because it was $42.00 and I thought it was a little pricey even though it was huge but as soon as i swept it with my finger I had to have it, the quality is excellent. Its my newest favorite product. Its also great because its 3 products in 1. So you don’t have to carry around a blush, highlighter and contour separately. The only thing was there was no mirror in it and it kind of looked like they were going to put one in, but that is an easy fix from using a old press powder case mirror. Its not absolutely mandatory but it would have been a nice touch to have that added. When I view or use these products the first impression is that these are the real tools wonder woman would use to pretty herself up, so being able to collect this collection was worth every penny.
