MAC Cosmetics “Nicki Minaj Pink Friday” Review

MAC Cosmetics presents Nicki Minajs’ Pink Friday.
In the past and present MAC Cosmetics has been a complete power house to those involved in the fashion , beauty, and music industry. When MAC gets celebrities to endorse its products they get the big ones and when I say big ones I mean the icons of icons. Some to mention are:
Boy George
Christina Aguilera
Diana Ross
Elton John
Eve
Fergie
Pamela Anderson
Lady Gaga
But now the time has come for a new endorsed item and that is of course Nicki Minaj.

Pink Friday was released every Friday for 3 Fridays in a row online only on the MAC cosmetics website. It was a real nightmare, actually having the website almost crash due to overwhelming website traffic. I personally had a terrible experience with this, but was eventually able to get my hands on this lipstick.
Now the lipstick itself is a beautiful Barbie color pink. And it’s not just the look that makes it great, it’s the feel and glide of this lipstick. It’s creamy, smooth and doesn’t crack like some previous collection lipsticks. Overall I think I would have to say that this is one of the most beautiful lipsticks purchased from MAC, and what makes it even better is the scarce quantity of this product. The only problem is the limit of 1 per customer so that goes to show how scarce it really is.
But with the product comes a package or trademark look to a collection. And to tell you the truth this part of it was a little disappointing. There was no indication on the packages that this was a real collection piece. But really I’m going to put that aside because this is the lipsticks of all lipsticks.
As Nicki Minaj put it to herself in the song “Check it out”
“They know I’m a beast, yeah I’m a f**king savage”
That’s what I’m implying to this lipstick . literally it is a savage lipstick.
